- Summer Holidays (SA School Holidays $320 per night with a 7 night minimum stay(excluding New Years)
- Long weekends $320 per night with a 3 night minimum stay
- Easter $450 per night with a 4 night minimum stay.
- New Years $375 per night with a 7 night minimum stay
- Local Events @ $375 per night with a 2 night minimum stay
- $600 Bond & $80 cleaning fee applies to each booking
