Just a easy walk from the main street of Mannum, this family friendly well presented holiday home situated on the very popular River lane at Mannum.
Grassed area meeting the river with a sandy beach area that keeps the kids busy while the family and friends can sit around and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Mannum riverfront.
Well appointed relaxed open plan kitchen and dining area keeps everyone in contact as meals are prepared then served on the large decking area or using the BBQ.
Down stairs currently not available due to flood damaged – 2nd bathroom, laundry, soccer table and an outdoor table that can be taken down riverside.

- Off Peak (Winter Months) - $220 per night 2 night minimum stay
- Peak (either side of Winter & Summer) - $350 per night 2 night minimum stay
- Summer SA School Holidays $400 per night with a 5 night minimum stay (excludes New Years & SBTR)
- Sounds by the River - $500 per night with a 5-night minimum stay
- SA Long Weekends & Local Events - $400 per night with a 3 night minimum stay (excluding January long weekend - please see Summer rate)
- Local Events - $500 per night with a 2 night minimum stay
- Easter - $525 per night with a 4 night minimum stay
- New Years Week - $500 per night with a 7night minimum stay
- All prices based on 8 people, additional guests @ $20 per person up to a maximum of 10
- $125 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
