Tathra Headland Walk

Short but incredibly sweet, the Tathra Headland Walk covers just 300 metres but ticks off many of the Sapphire Coast’s most enduring features.

Like those glorious Pacific Ocean vistas, particularly alluring during the annual whale migration from Antarctica along the NSW coastline. Optimal spotting times are August through November, when you might also see pods of dolphins and swarms of seabirds.

The all-abilities pathway links the Tathra Headland and historic Tathra Wharf along a series of boardwalks and walking paths as well as an elevated viewing platform, beautifully crafted from reclaimed wharf timbers.
