​RATES

Our luxury accommodation options generally equate to 'about' $100-$200 per person, per night & varies seasonally

Children 1yr+ are charged at the same tariff as adults (enter all guests into adults field to calculate price)

 Pricing varies seasonally & with your group size/composition - please use the table below as a guide only - bookings are not made instantly.

If your group will be using both Cottages, the 'All 3 Properties' tariff applies. No free visitors at any time sorry (ie no free extra function guests, only the guests actually booked & paying to stay at our accommodation may use our properties).

Up to 2 x infants not yet 1yr at the time of travel stay free, but they count towards maximum property capacity.

CHILDREN

Are genuinely & warmly welcomed at a number of our properties, with caring & respectful supervision

(these luxury properties certainly aren't fully kid-proof).

Enter all guests (inc. children who have or will turn 1 at time of travelling) under the 'adults' field to correctly calculate.

No charge for up to 2 infants per property if <12 months of age at check out.

Rawson's is generally only suitable for about 5yrs+ as it's a very luxurious 'grown up' property & not child proof in any way - but please feel free to chat though, as lots of families with well-supervised little ones have been fine at this property. 

Kingscote Terraces Seven and Three are not suitable for infants or little children

MINIMUM STAY

Varies depending on availability + season but as a guide: 

Standard Season: 3-4 Night Minimum (2 night stays by enquiry)

School Holidays (Autumn, Winter, Spring), Public Holidays, KI Marathon & KI Cup: 4-5 nights minimum

Easter: 5 Night Minimum

Festive Season & Summer School Holidays: 7 Night Minimum - generally (sometimes we may have a smaller gap available last minute)

1-2 Night Stays by Enquiry (occasionally we can do short stays if we have a little gap-please enquire!)

Some dates may be unavailable for check in/out - please enquire, as we need to work in with housekeeping availability/seasonal demand.

We accept payment by Credit Card or EFT

SECURITY BOND

$1000 Refundable Security Bond applies per property / $2000 for Rawson's.  We may hold credit card details in lieu of the bond by arrangement.  Please note that we require contact details for all guests that are staying.

GUEST NUMBERS

Strictly only booked, paying guests may use the properties at any time (no free visitors during the day or overnight or for parties sorry).

PETS

No pets permitted.

FUNCTIONS

These are holiday rental properties, which are also ideal for celebrating a special milestone or birthday, even a small wedding (for guests who are actually booked and staying at our accommodation), but strictly no functions without prior approval. No free visitors, only paying guests permitted on the property at any time or to use the facilities.

Absolutely no crazy-wild parties, bucks/hens/schoolies etc. loud music or disruption to neighbours.
