Redefining the Culinary Landscape this Spring 2024

Thank you for your interest in our dining experiences. Amidst a $60 million enhancement, the hotel will introduce an exceptional dining precinct, redefining the culinary landscape with two new restaurants and two bars, including one Sydney’s largest rooftop restaurant, all in one luxury destination.

During this period, certain areas of the hotel will be temporarily unavailable and accommodation services will be limited until the completion of the project this Spring 2024 with the main entrance on Bligh Street.
