Service Description

Grab a friend/partner/colleague for a fun Friday night of pottery wheelthrowing! Or come on your own for some timeout! $145 per person 2 hours of pottery wheelthrowing with nibbles provided. BYO wine (18+only) What's included: *instruction on pottery wheel *clay *use of tools & equipment *light refreshments *clear glaze firing of 3 items per person Pieces are available for pick up 3-4 weeks after your session Postage can be arranged at cost. Please note: This is a fun taster session on the pottery wheel and each person will make 3 vessels on the pottery wheel that will be finished and clear glaze fired by us. The pots will be safe for food and drink when completed. This session does not allow for artistic decoration of pots, putting handles on mugs or other more technical wheelthrowing techniques. We suggest booking into a handbuilding one-off session which provides scope for a little more artistic expression. These one-off sessions are for adults only. We do not provide these one-off sessions for under 18s. Please wear comfortable clothing and covered shoes. Best to remove all jewellery and trim finger nails for an immersive experience. Aprons are provided to use on the day. (Clothes and shoes may get clay splatters on them. Clay washes off)
