About us
Located in Paddington’s Five Ways, in a lovingly restored terrace, owner Michael has created a cosy dining space with a buzzing atmosphere. The 111 seats are spread over 2 levels, each dining space offering a unique dining experience.
Latin American cuisine draws from a rich tapestry of cultural history - from the Mayans and Aztecs, to African and Asian influence, European colonisers and modern global transplants. Its food is robust flavourful and always inventive.
Inspired by our culinary adventures throughout the region, Tequila Mockingbird continues to play on this fusion tradition by adapting and transforming the elemental beauty and tastes of Latin American cooking to the modern Australian kitchen. Latin American-inspired flavours sourced from local seasonal produce, fresh to the table.
