Karinya Farmstay is situated on 7 picturesque acres, looking out over hundreds of acres with nothing but green rolling vistas, grazing livestock and tree studded mountains to see.
Located in Central Coast hinterland, the Dooralong valley is just an hour and 20 mins north of Sydney, 50 mins to the vineyards of the Hunter Valley, 30 mins to the most beautiful beaches, or 15 mins to Westfields Tuggerah, Karinya Farmstay is perfectly located to either relax your days away or enjoy a day trip to any of these amazing destinations.
Enjoy private use of the main house including heated swimming pool, children's playground including swings, 2m rock wall, slippery dip and cubby house. Or build a fire in the fire pit (or let us build it for you) star gaze whilst toasting your marshmallows, cook a pizza in the outdoor pizza oven, come and be part of the feeding of horses, pigs, alpacas sheep and cows each evening, enjoy an outdoor movie experience, or a picnic down by the dam. This beautifully styled property has 3 living areas, 2 dining rooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 11 people. For groups larger than 11, we will give you access to a 5th bedroom (a seperate studio, 3m from the main house with ensuite that sleeps up to 5 guests).

Karinya Farmstay is A BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR FAMILIES TO CONNECT & children to have some 'screen free' fun
CHILDREN HELPING OUT WITH THE DAILY RUNNING OF THE FARM
Children are invited every morning and every night to help us collect the eggs from the hen house, let the sheep out of the stables (and put them to bed at night), brush the horses coats, mane and tail. Feed the hens, ducks and turkey and either hand feed or throw bales of hay out to the cows, pigs, alpacas, sheep and horses. We give children a lot of information on what it takes to run a farm, all the chores involved and how to look after the animals.
OTHER ACTIVITIES CHILDREN MAY LOVE
Watching a movie in the outdoor cinema, playing on the children's playground complete with rock climbing wall, cubby house, swings and slippery dip, collecting sticks and kindling around the farm to build a fire in the firepit, toasting marshmallows on the fire they built, swimming in the heated swimming pool, swinging on the huge tree swing, playing a game of cricket on the long grassed driveway or playing one of the many provided board games or puzzles.
