Wagga Wagga City Council is committed to addressing waste management proactively and strives to ensure environmentally sustainable practices are implemented at the festival, including by it vendors.

In 2019, Council has banned the use of all single-use plastic items by vendors to reduce the festival footprint.

Council will provide clearly signed and colour-coded waste collection stations strategically placed across the festival site. Red-capped bins are for general waste and yellow-capped bins are for recycling. Green-capped Food Organics (FOGO) bins are for compostable catering ware, packaging and food waste.

We thank our festival-goers for helping support this sustainable festival approach.
