ASHBY WOOD FIRED organic sourdough is hand crafted artisan bread and needs to be tasted to be believed.

Each slice needs to be savoured and appreciated for the effort that has gone into making this bread.

This traditional bread has a tastes sensation all of its own and is highly sought after at the market because they often sell out very quickly.

This is a Clarence Valley based business and thank goodness they are a permanent stall holder.

Little Things Grown is a micro farm located in the heart of Maclean.

Supplying the Clarence Valley with microgreens, edible and cut flowers, this productive urban farm joins our market each week with lots of beautiful little things grown.

Trading under the name of his grandfather ‘Conrad Park’, long time Pillar Valley beef producer Geoff Jones is your true blue farmer from pioneer stock.

Chair of the Big River Beef group there is nothing this farmer doesn’t know about the cattle industry.

He also owns a wholesale and retail butcher shops and doesn’t mind a chat if you are looking for information.

Clarence Coffee and Catering are the only coffee vendors at our market and we love her to bits.

Actually it’s her coffee, smoothies and fruit blasts we really love at 6am in the morning when we are setting up.

Nothing beats these home made sausage rolls, cakes and quiches using locally grown ingredients.

This business is Clarence Valley based and is a permanent stall holder.

Yamba Organic Fruit & Veg specialises in 20 varieties of seasonal organic produce.

Some of these include lettuce, tomatoes, turmeric, garlic, kale, eggplant, passionfruit, celery, beans, carrots and eggs.

They have been growing and supplying the Yamba community with amazing fresh produce for over 10 years.

Proving the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree his son has handcrafted beeswax candles for sale at the same stall.

Kungala Free Range Eggs transferred their farm skills from Western NSW to the Clarence Valley 21 years ago.

Once a leading NSW country horse trainer the Gallaghers now hand raise and gather 800 free range chickens alongside 80 hives.

As full time farmers this couple are our salt of the earth farmers. There is no middle man here as it is straight from the farm to the market.

There is often a line up to get this produce and they also bring a range of vegetables to compliment their stall.

BOORABEE DORPA LAMB STUD are a family owned and operated farm at Bexhill.

This sheep species are native to South Africa and if you haven’t already tried it you should add it to your food bucket list.

The living conditions for these animals is second to none and they thrive in the Northern Rivers conditions.

This stall offers a full range of lamb cuts.

Woody’s FARM FRESH tomatoes are synonymous with flavour and are grown in the foothills of Yamba’s hinterland at Mororo.

He’s been doing this gig for over a decade and loves the lifestyle of being a farmer.

The farm folk from the Uralba Orchard (near Ballina) specialise in avocados, macadamias and custard apples.

They also act as a providore for Woodburn Rice and Macadamia Oil.

They are a regional and season stall holder.

Burringbar Valley up near Tweed Heads is a perfect location for a dairy farm and processing plant which specialises in hand crafted artisan dairy products.

Cheese Loves You has a small range at our market which includes brie, butter, cheddar, labneh and yogurt.

These products sit with the Design and Dine stallholder.

House made Gyoza’s and super rice paper veggie rolls along with a Shiso Power Shrub health drink are an absolute taste sensation must.

The colours of nature never tasted and looked so good.

These vendors make the food while you wait and use local market produce in their creation.

It doesn’t get any fresher than this.

The Byron Bay Olive Company produce some of the best marinated olives, homemade Tapenade’s and marinated Feta and sun dried tomatoes on the North Coast.

The raw olives are sourced from around NSW and are put through a process that can be compared to the authentic taste you could only find in the south of France.

We strike gold or is that green and gold every time these guys bring their avocados and blueberries to our market.

RAINBOWS END AVOCADOS are a big hit at our market because of their nutritional value and low price.

Picked the day before market the flavours of these little green fellas is sensational.

They are grown in the Clarence Valley and are a seasonal stall holder.

The headwaters of the Clarence River begin all the way up in Stanthorpe.

This granite belt region produces some of the best apples and pears and we are so fortunate the owners choose to have a stall with us.

‘KANGA’S CHEMICAL FREE is based at Pillar Valley and organic farmer Kelvin Peusar has been farming in the Clarence region for over 20 years.

While his preferred past time is chasing fresh water bass Kelvin manages to fit our market in and attend to his farming needs in between fishing trips.

You get more than you bargain for at Kelvin’s stall as this larger than life character gives free fishing tips as well.

Jams by Kazz is a local product from Maclean.

They source all their ingredients locally and or from within the farmers market.

They offer a great range of jams and sauces made with secret family recipes.

Grown in the hinterland valley’s of Coffs Harbour.

They specialise in cutting the bananas direct from the trees in their bunches which gives them a lasting quality.

This family owned business are experts in fruit flavours when it comes to their designs of their ice blocks and dips.

They are a highly sort after treat for the kids and adults.

Bakarindi Bush Foods are an award winning family owned and operated business based at Corindi Beach.

They have 100’s of Finger Lime trees, Riberries, along with a small patch of Lemon and Aniseed Myrtle and Rosella Flowers.

The planting is ongoing with Davidson Plums both NSW and Queensland varieties added. The garlic and chillies used in our products are also grown on the property.

They make house made relishes, chutneys and jams with NO artificial colourings, flavours or preservatives.

Dundon’s Jerky Co. uses organic and premium quality, local, pasture raised beef from the valleys of the ancient Gondwana forests to hand craft his dried beef jerky products.

There are no shortcuts, only fresh local herbs and spices are used to value add to this range of products.

Yamba Distilling Co is an award winning distilling company which features the unique flavour notes of the Clarence Valley.

MIRRABOOKA PORK runs around 80 sows in the hinterland of Yamba at Lawrence.

This is a new family enterprise that is going from strength to strength and are a recent edition to our weekly farmers market.

They have a full range of pastured raised nitrate free products from sausages, bacon, ham and a whole lot more which can be found at the Holiday Coast Meat stallholder.

House made and hand crafted by a local mother, you can definitely taste the difference with these.

That don’t come with a warning label, so heads up when you start you may not stop.

They truly are delicious.

Clarence Valley Gourmet Dips knows how to make our taste buds dance.

They only have a small range but goodness and taste are their standout qualities.

This stall holder offers a diverse range of certified organic seasonal produce.

Their farm is based at Pimlico just north of the Clarence Valley.

They are warm and friendly and you are able to talk to the farmers who grow your food.

My Twin Loaves bakery is based at Woolgoolga.

Their hand crafted range specialises in German sourdough loaves, scrolls, sourdough pizzas and other bakery items.

They have a gluten free range that sells out very quickly.

The taste of Europe comes through with our German Bratwurst sausage stall holder.

A variety of flavours and toppings of mustard, sauerkraut and fried onion provides an authentic flavour profile.

Not that our food needs flavour enhancing but if you like condiments drizzled over your meals, this is a great starting place at our Ceres stall holder.

House made Aioli, chilli, garlic, and others are the headline acts with this stall holder.

Think mashed or as chips with a ton of butter with pepper and salt.

Yessssss they truly are the best Tyringham potatoes because they won 1st Prize at the 2023 Royal Easter Show.

These tasty morsels can be found at the Holiday Coast Beef stall.

We have quite a few eggs sellers all of which are free range and or organic.

Who doesn’t love chocolate? This chocolate drink is hand made with love with some very healthy ingredients including Reishi Mushrooms.

Taste like Milo but a million times better for you and is just as good on icecream.

FREE RANGE CHICKENS

Gracemere Farmstead is an integrated, multi species, grass-based, beyond-organic family farm located in the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW.

They currently raise and sell mouth-watering pasture raised chicken.

Originally “City-slickers” they became interested in agriculture as they travelled around Australia in their caravan.

After watching documentaries like Food INC and Back to Eden and reading the likes of Joel Salatin and Bill Mollison their passion for earth-healing, nutritious food was fired.

Yes we are a farmers market and have just one craft stall that specialises in up cycling fabrics.

They also collaborate with ‘The Peach Farm’ to bring their condiment range to our market.

Our only organic blueberry farm is based on the Orara River, which was made famous by Australian poet Henry Clarence Kendall.

Hand picked and nurtured by its owner this farm is a labor of love.

We love this farms seasonal produce.

Grown in the beautiful Athol Glen Valley east of Glenreagh this drink and tea is an exciting new edition to our market family.

This product can be used in a multitude of ways including hot and cold tea, a paste for chicken, meat and fish.

Hand crafted local timber pieces with a diverse range of spoons, platters, bowls, chopping boards and jewellery.

JUST ENOUGH BEACH Hand poured cocktail scented soy candles made right here in Yamba.

Try their new Lychee Mix (just add vodka or gin) inspired by their Lychee Martini Candle, it’s delicious.)

After 5 years at the markets Just Enough Beach now has their own shop inYamba and also conduct Cocktails and Candles Workshops in this new space. Guests Pour their own cocktail scented candle and sip the cocktails that inspired them.

You can still find Lisa at the Yamba Farmers Market every Wednesday because she loves the vibe and her family of stall holders.

After all it was the Farmers markets that gave her the opportunity to grow from a garage based business to the new shop she has today.

In the new shop, you’ll find more of our talented local makers from handmade chocolates, edible flowers, plant based skincare, locally made wood products and prints to name a few. A lover of collaboration, you’ll find many of our stallholders products in her store.

This handmade process, offers a return to the charm of things that are carefully made, by people with real passion and a love for craftsmanship and design.

The perfect handmade gift that keeps locals and visitors coming back for more to make their home smell amazing and to experience this creative process in action.

WINDING ROAD DISTILLING CO

Winding Road Distilling Co is a small batch producer of hand crafted premium spirits based in the Northern Rivers.

They recently won three medals (Gold, Silver and Bronze) at the 2021 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards.

They use local sugar cane and wheat grown in NSW for their rum and gin.

They use regionally harvested botanicals to infuse their creations.

These guys also have a hand sanitiser.

These guys are the new kids on the block and are just settling in to our Yamba sunshine and ocean breezes.

Still in shock they get to look over the mighty Clarence River and Whiting Beach as they sell their fantastic range of cured meats its hard to call it a hard days work.

Once they get over the location these guys have a great selection of mild, spicy and hot cured meats that are lucky to last the trip home.

Their beef and pork is sourced from the Byron Bay region.

A recent addition to our market. The cooks hand make while you wait sweet or savoury crepes.

If you love flavours of the world then you will love the rich cultural offerings at the Design and Dine Middle Eastern Food stand.

Along with a range of homegrown and house made seasonal products its hard to resist those middle eastern flavours.

Added to this are Greek shortbread, Italian Biscotti, Labneh and Dukkah.

Peter from Orchids Plus has a passion for his plants and loves sharing his knowledge about how to look after them.

He has a range of other plants for sale including strawberries.

He is a Clarence Valley local and is a permanent stall holder.

One of our green thumb stall holders specialises in succulents and lilies.

You know the type. It’s those ones who go into the zone when they start talking about their plant babies.

He certainly has a knack for colour, shapes and sizes.

These plants have been lovingly looked after and are the best example of their species.
